Below are some frequently asked questions by customers. Please ask if something is unclear as long as the question is not distorted

Q: How do I know if the item I'm looking for is still in stock or is out of stock?

A: On the product page, there is information on available items, namely "Ready Stock" and can be added to the checkout basket. If the stock runs out, it will contain "Out of Stock" and cannot be added to the checkout basket.


Q: If the status of "Ready Stock" item is not "Out Of Stock", can I order the item?

A: This website is created with a system that can automatically reduce stock. So if the status is not "Out of Stock" then the stock is sufficient. However, it can happen when you place an order for the same item at a relatively the same time, so that it can cause the stock of goods to not be enough. Before placing an order, you should reconfirm via WhatsApp (+60164556501) and DM Instagram @adivaastudio.


Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: You first create an account through our website by setting up an email and password. Then search for the product you want. Buy the product you want and checkout. Make a payment according to the total transaction so we can process it immediately.


Q: Can I return or exchange items if they don't fit or if I don't like them?

A: All items sold are non-refundable but can be exchanged.

For items which are undamaged and unused, exchanges will be accepted if item is returned within 7 days of receipt (for local and international orders).

If the item does not fit, you can contact us via the contact listed to exchange the item for another size, depending on our stock availability. Additional shipping costs for returns and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Customers are advised to let us know via our Whatsapp (+60164556501) or Instagram DM @adivaastudio by mentioning the order number and product problem details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept payment by bank transfer method.


Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We accept international orders. Please contact us before you place an order.


Q: Are there any discounts or promotions available?

A: We will inform you of discount and promotion information through the Instagram account @adivaastudio. Discount information will be seen on the product page and will automatically display the discounted price.


Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Our product size is currently only available in one size. So before placing an order, you should check the size chart listed on our product page.


Q: Do you have a physical store where I can try on the clothes?

A: Currently, we don't have a physical store yet, so we still have full online sales. But you can pick up via Lalamove or self pickup at Setia Alam. Before picking up, please inform us via WhatsApp (+60164556501).


Q: Are the photos displayed edited? Will the item I buy be as shown in the photo?

A: The photos we use are real photos of our products. We did edit the photo, but only to the extent of providing a watermark and the original color will be slightly different due to the lighting used.
